We’re the founders behind Jeem: Muslim women who started this out of our own need for something that simply didn’t exist.
We were tired of feeling burned out, disconnected from our bodies, and invisible in mainstream wellness spaces. Jeem was born from that longing: for a fitness experience that honors our values, our faith, and our bodies.
