About Jeem
Sana, Deena, and Dhuha are the mothers behind Jeem: Muslim women who started this out of their own need for something that simply didn’t exist.
We were tired of feeling burned out, disconnected from our bodies, and invisible in mainstream wellness spaces. Jeem was born from that longing: for a fitness experience that honors our values, our faith, and our lives as women balancing so much.
Since launching, we’ve grown stronger, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. And with that strength comes the energy to pour into the people we love, without feeling depleted.
If you’ve ever felt the same, we built Jeem with you in mind.
That’s the heart of Jeem: taking care of ourselves so we can better care for everyone else, just as women so naturally do.
our mission
At Jeem, our mission is to reclaim wellness for Muslim women.
For millions of Muslim women, at-home fitness programs lack the comfort of a women-only space, modestly dressed trainers, or real accountability — leaving many feeling unseen and unsupported.
Jeem changes that.
We built the first community-centered fitness app for Muslim women:
Live, two-way camera classes taught by modestly dressed trainers
A flexible on-demand workout library
Values aligned community
Jeem is a revolution in wellness that’s unlocking access for millions of underserved Muslim women, empowering them to reconnect with their bodies and faith.
